Our certified and licensed technicians conduct monthly inspections of the operation of all building mechanical and HVAC equipment. Our key focus is preventative maintenance, we communicate all deficiencies and possible issues that may arise and provide informed recommendations to repair and or prevent future problems before it is too late. Preventative maintenance is key to prolonging the life of your equipment.





Our in-suite maintenance is twofold. We offer in-suite maintenance annually or bi-annually depending on your buildings needs. This includes vacuuming, testing unit operation, and filter change. Our in-suite maintenance team are well trained to identify and communicate deficiencies in order to repair the problem immediately. We also offer individual in-suite service and repair for all your in-suite heating and cooling needs.



Our goal is to offer you energy efficient and cost effective options to save your building money long term. Changes such as lighting retrofits, boiler or chiller retrofits, make-up air conversions from gas fired to hydronic are all proven methods to improve your buildings energy use and save you money. We offer energy audits providing comprehensive packages detailing areas you can save energy and money so that you can make informed decisions.



Water treatment is necessary for the health of your residents, so we have partnered with Norkem Inc, a commercial and industrial water treatment company who provides necessary service to our customers for closed loop systems, glycol systems, and water based systems.


Building Mechanical Maintenance

We offer customized service agreements designed to meet all your specific equipment and operational needs specifically tailored to your facility.

Our technicians will work closely with you to advise of potential problems before breakdowns occur. That brings you the luxury to schedule repairs before they become more costly and at times when they won't inconvenience you or the unit owners.

Building maintenance can include; boilers, chillers, make up air units, pumps, dectron pool units, split A/C units, cooling towers, ventilation equipment, and building automation.


Retrofit & Energy Management Programs

Comfort Plus is well positioned to provide the facility with proposed and implemented upgrades designed to reduce overall annual utility and operational costs, while enhancing the environmental integrity of the building. In-Suite Maintenance

We know the importance of maintaining your building in-Suite System. It saves you time, money and the aggravation of having it break down at the most inconvenient time.

Our friendly and highly trained staff are focused on making sure your building heating and cooling needs are taken care of year-round, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Our team is trained to provide quality service on Heat Pump, Fan coil, Magic Pack and HRV systems.

In-Suite maintenance includes filters, belts, oil & grease, internal inspection and cleaning, minor adjustment and repair, alignment check & control calibration.


Water Treatment

We offer water treatment programs with our building maintenance programs. We work closely with NORKEM who is a specialty chemical manufacturer and consulting company specializing in commercial/industrial water treatment for close to 20 years.

NORKEM specialize in boiler water, cooling water and wastewater treatment and have extensive experience in all areas of water treatment which include, but are not limited to new construction, chemical engineering/consulting, HVAC water treatment, industrial applications, condo/commercial water treatment as well as traditional chemistry/biochemistry for wastewater treatment. They are CFIA approved products for food plant programs and the ability to custom formulate chemical treatment products for any treatment application anywhere in the world.
